The shower door buying experience was easy the whole way through. David came out to measure and talk to me about options for my shower. Any questions I had were answered quickly over email or text with David or company owner Steven. Installation went well and my new Serenity slider looks great!
Quick response - measured within a couple of days of request and installation less than a week after acceptance of quote. Had a problem with one of the roller spacers and the door would only partially open. Called ABC and technician was here the next day and quickly took care of the problem. My experience with ABC Shower Doors was perfect from start to finish. Steven who came to measure and show me the options was professional and clearly knew his product well. The estimate was more than fair and the the turnaround time was more than reasonable for custom doors. They actually got the doors fabricated and installed earlier than expected! The installers were perhaps some of the most considerate and neat people that have ever worked in my home. They had to carry the huge doors up to the third floor of my brownstone and navigate tight turns and they did scratch a thing! These guys are the best.

ABC owner took personal interest in our back painted glass back splash project, came and double checked measurements, provided color samples and followed up with emails and phone calls as the ordering, cutting painting and installation process advanced. Not the lowest nor the highest price, and not the fastest (almost a month from order to installation) but solid service, no money due until we were satisfied. Great over all experience.
