Graham from ABC KickStart First Aid Training made everything associated with the training session very easy. This is my second Paediatric First Aid Course I’ve completed with Graham. Graham is always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The first course was classroom based on both occasions and the second was half and half. I found the e-learning very rewarding and informative, just very long. Took 5 hours to complete with a half an hour break.
Such a comfortable way of learning and fun. I learn so much on these courses. Graham is so lovely and makes the learning of such a serious subject light amd easy to understand.

This was my first time with Grahame and I found it to be an excellent course. Grahame runs a friendly course and found him to be serious but uses humour as well. I would definetly recommend this company. I prefer the blended course as you can do online but is always good to have practical group learning too.

My son and I attended a 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work course with Graham who is an expert in his field. The course was invaluable and we learnt so much through practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises for different scenarios. This is a course I would recommend without hesitation if you are a business owner or an employee in the workplace.

I particularly enjoyed the Q&A’s and the practical simulations. This was my fourth First Aid course with Graham. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my training. The team have all reported back saying they learn so much better in these relaxed but informative sessions. Graham and his team are fabulous. They completed a 2-day paediatric course at our school for two dozen staff members and I recently completed by 3-day First Aid at Work certification. The feedback on the 2-day was excellent and the 3-day course I attended was first class. I really learned so much from Graham. He is such a lovely personable man and makes the learning valuable, easy and enjoyable. Will definitely be using again for all our first aid requirements.
I needed a first aid course as soon as possible before I started a new position so it was all updated, Graham sorted it out! Very accommodating and easy to book!
