I’m not great at leaving reviews, but I would like to thank Gareth at a690 specialist cars who made the process of purchasing a great car easy. The vehicle had a full service & MOT complete before I drove off. I found the car to be immaculate with no identified issues thus far. No missing documentation, service history or keys. I’m very happy with my purchase, l found Gareth to be very professional and transparent. He took care and time to send a detailed video of the car, display the cars functions and to answer all my nervous questions. What a smooth transaction! Car amazing and Gareth true to his word, took time to video a virtual show around before we traveled the 6 hours to collect, car in fact better than all expectations, Gareth bent over backwards to keep us informed on any questions, very truthful and honest, not a pushy salesman like you sometimes expect, picked out the bad points too, he picked us up from Durham station and took us to showroom where he was very organised and it was an easy stress free sale, absolutely brilliant and can not fault whatsoever! After spotting my new car, the first ting I did was look at the reviews and could not find a bad one. Which to be honest raised a little red flag. I have bought many cars over the years, but the level of service provided by this Garage has surpassed them all. I bought a second hand car and part exchange another, the whole process was easy. After taking ownership of the car I notice a couple of small faults a few days later, I informed the garage and without any further a do, my concerns have been addressed to my complete satisfaction. You really understand how good the people/ garage is when you have bought a car 180 miles from home. I had a slight issue which not only was resolved with no issue but also supplied a car to use while they repaired mine. I have purchased my last 2 cars at a690 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always get a great deal from Kieran and have had no issues with either of the cars purchased compared to other garages I’ve used previously. Kieran even helped me to purchase a private plate for my last car and arranged the plate transfer etc for me as I wouldn’t have a clue where to start. So confident in the quality of the work there that I also use the garage for servicing my car each time it’s due; which is always done promptly, cost efficient and offered a courtesy car. Fab service!
