Michael heslop,a perfect gentleman with a calming voice and a warm friendly mannerism really couldn't have been more open and straight talking,no sales patter at all. This garage is the old style garage,none of your bristol street motors or other big branded dealerships patter. From the boss (phill) to the lads cleaning the cars ( you know who you are DENIER 10!!😂) you can't fault these gentleman and that's what they are! Thank you guys your help meant a lot.

Trust can be in short supply in this sector and Harvey and his team clearly work extremely hard to make sure you have a good experience, whether you're buying or selling. Having been stung in the past trying to sell cars through classified ads, it's been really refreshing to deal with a company that has the customer and fairness at the heart of how it operates. It's a good business and a credit to both the motor industry, and the Durham area more broadly. I'm not immediately local to A690 but I will definitely contact them in the future should I need to purchase a car again. They're a class act.

Very friendly and not pushy like some dealers I've been to in the past. happy to let me test drive on a route that took in motorways and country roads. Slight mix up with the final price, but very quickly resolved. I will definitely consider buying from them again in the future.

Was looking at a Discovery they had in and spoke to Phil the owner who told me that they had just got a lovely looking RR Vogue SE in. Went to see it and couldn’t believe my eyes. It was my old motor that I’d put back in 2 years previously. Sat in it, didn’t bother test driving it and bought it for a 2nd time there and then. It's not everyday you go looking for a new car, and Harvey Wright really walked me through each step, with kindness and patience. He didn't Hard sell, he just gave me any information I needed, and helped to put my mind at ease. I will no doubt be looking here again once my Wife needs a new car, to see what they have in stock. Everyone was great, but Harvey really stood out as an excellent salesman, relying on Sales through service, rather than forcing the sale.

We have just purchased a new car. The lads were all great, Ben is just a young lad but was extremly helpful. Would go back to this garage.
