Deep disappointment. Though I paid for shipping, my package arrived with over $36 postage due. As it turns out A4C shipped a large cooler as a 'thick envelope'... In other words they did not measure the dimensions or weigh the package as they are required to do by the post office. Naturally the post office wouldn't release the package without the postage having been paid. My local post office agreed to work with A4C to clear the balance but A4C refused so I was unable to take delivery on the package. The local post office has told me that they have reported the matter to the postal inspectors. Kind of a mess. The disappointing part was the unwillingness of A4C to fix their mistake. I bought a Pelican cooler from another vendor that was delivered in a matter of days without any problems.
Looks to be well made and name is a good one. Great buy when compared to other roto molded coolers 👍🏻

When I purchased Apple pay did not allow me to get a discount. I contacted the company and they promised to do a partial refund immediately. While I haven't seen the refund yet, I am sure they will do so. The product was as promised and what we were looking for longer trips.

I ordered a ice chest that I have been wanting for a long time, but didn't want to pay $200 for it. I found one on A4C for almost half the price and purchased immediately. It came within a week and it is exactly as it was pictured on site. Nicely packaged so it came in good condition.
