This was partly my fault I ordered the wrong item I immediately called and emailed to stop the order but no response. So I ordered the one I actually wanted and I get not one but two requests to review your service Well your customer service blows if you must know and thanks again for the lack of response to my emails 😡

A4C sells a lot of stale products. What does this mean? Items will sit on a shelf for years, and they will sell for a huge discount. I purchased an iPhone battery that no longer held a charge; my guess is it sat on the shelf for years and drained the cells. A4C wants me to pay for shipping back an item worth 7 dollars? not worth it never shopping here again

The downside to A4C’s service is they’ve “teamed up with TrustPilot” (by subscribing me) so they can spam me with unsolicited requests for a review - and requiring me to unsubscribe from something I never subscribed to.

I had ordered a case for my phone but immediately upon receiving it and did not like it due to it being very heavy for a phone. I emailed customer service to request to return the product but never got a reply back. Still awaiting.
Heavy weight and not worthy
I had an issue with the mophie phone case that I bought off this site. It did not work with my phone so I emailed about a refund for the product and the customer service was great. They helped me return the product and get a refund. Great service.
