Very happy daughter! My 12 year old daughter wanted to buy a ukulele for herself (as an early birthday present) as we have just started to home Educate, I was happy to give her an advance. My partner has previously purchased an acoustic guitar from A major music and has been very happy with it. So my daughter was confident in choosing to buy from you. She was able to research and the select an appropriate instrument herself from your website. We would have liked to have visited your physical shop and ask your advice in person but COVID meant that wasn’t possible. Payment was quick and easy via Apple Pay, in this case. We expected to receive the ukulele in the post and were happy to wait as this was free. However we received a surprise call (the next day I think) from you to say you were delivering in the area and were offering to deliver yourselves within the hour, and were checking to see if we were at home to receive it! My daughter couldn’t believe her luck. Within a seconds of taking delivery of the instrument she was happily tuning the uke and has been practicing everyday using an online app. The instrument itself is of very high quality and we can’t fault it! Thank you so much would definitely recommend! 😊
