Easy website to navigate and no problems with ordering on-line. Delivery was very fast, next day, although i think this could be more competitivley priced, maybe an option of cheaper delivery if you're prepared to wait a few days.

Order received in less than 24 hours (asked for 2-3 days) so not expecting delivery. Would have been OK but courier driver did not ring door bell or knock and proceeded to leave 'sorry we missed you' card. Informed wildbirddirect.com and they sent supportive e-mail in reply, so good customer services.

I rang them and asked questions and found them very helpful and friendly. I couldn't believe it when all my order arrived the very next day, and all quality stuff too. I would highly recommend them to any one.

Wildbird Direct had the most competitive prices for the nuts and feeder I ordered. I ordered one late afternoon and the goods arrived the next morning which was unbelievable. Considering their prices are low the reasonable delivery charges and definitely worth paying. This was my first order and I shall be returning - assuming the birds turn up to eat the stuff which they've failed to do so far!

I chose Wildbird Direct because it sells the cheapest sunflower seeds. I like the fact that they are competitively priced and offer a great delivery service - however, they could look at reducing their delivery costs as some suppliers have free delivery over a certain amount. However, despite that, their website is great, ordering is easy and delivery was well communicated and fast. Will definitely buy from again.

I started using wildbirddirect.com because of their pricing - it was much lower than my previous supplier for the same items. The website is easy to use and most importantly if you specify delivery instructions they are followed.

First time I've used this company - it was the cheapest on the web for Husked Sunflower Seed I was after. Delivery was exceptionally quick. Next day if I recall correctly. Quality was mixed - I order 2 separate bags of the largest size. The first was very dusty (more than I would normally expect) but the sunflower seeds it contained were fine and, ultimately healthy and usable. The second was the same quality as I would expect from any other bird food supplier - that is with little dust and healthy sunflower seeds. Not sure if the dusty one was just that - a one off - but would consider using again to test.
