They provided Beautiful Bath. Helped out when fitter fell through and held on to it for about a month for me, until I got a new fitter. Also helped to try and locate pumps ect in a place to suit for space and future access. Delivered on the day I needed It. Cheers.

They made everything very nice and simple. The staff explained what type of system I would get and all relevant information was emailed. The delivery date was set with no hassle to suit me!

They provided great service. Efficient and courteous when on the phone to arrange delivery. Delivery arrived as expected and now have a great L shaped whirlpool bath.

I paid nearly £1500 for a bath and told them that it was being done while I was on holiday. While I was on holiday my builder said a part was broken and he can't continue the work and tell the broken part is replaced. The part was ordered and the office had no urregency in sending the part. So I came back from my holiday and the part had still not come 5 days later. So I had no bathroom I could use. When I rang the office I was so angry and she could not give a dam that I had no bathroom I could use. All she said if it was damaged on transport my builder should have sent it back. I got angry I said that would take more time. Why didn't sent the tiny item by next day delivery??? As this has stopped work ? She said it's not our policy. Even though it was there fault I said I would have paid for next day delivery as it was a tiny part? She said it's not our policy and take it up with royal mail. At this stage I was getting distressed as me and my family had no bathroom. She didn't care so I put phone down. I had been waiting for this part for 5 days. Then I thought I bet they sent it to my invoice address. So I rang and asked you did sent it to delivery address?? It was the manager that sent it. Then she came back and said they sent it to wrong address. I couldn't believe it my builder had been waiting all this time. Had they sent part to correct address it would have been done as planned when I'm back from my holiday. Well they then sent it next day as they had messed up. So I had no bathroom for days but they didn't care. This company has no after care service when things go wrong. There rude and have no care about there customers once they have your money. Even though it was there fault they were arrogant and rude. Don't use them because if there is a problem they don't care.

I ordered a whirlpool bath including an electronic control panel instead of the standard controls. They called to go through the order then sent me some documents to confirm the order, with diagrams to show where the jets and controls will go. I e-signed them on a Wednesday then they said they'd deliver it not the next week but the week after but didn't confirm the actual day at that point. So near the time, I contacted them to ask the day and it was arranged for the Thursday, but then that got pushed back to the Friday as they were missing a part (the electronic control panel). Then the part didn't arrive so they weren't able to send it for the Friday, which was a problem as it was due to be installed on the Monday. They chased the supplier and managed to get the part in time, then sent the bath on a next day delivery for the Saturday at their own expense. I suspect the problem was caused by them leaving it too late to order the part so they were a bit disorganised and a few other interactions showed them to be a bit disorganised, like sending me the wrong tracking link and wrong text messages about the delivery. But, they deserve the 5 stars because they resolved the supply problem and got my bath to me in time and have been responsive, knowledgeable and helpful whenever I've had a query for them before ordering, during the order and with a query I had after install. I'd just advise people to order a month before you need the bath if possible.

Great bath. Had it over a year now and pump recently stopped working. Customer services were very helpful and pleasant and helped me resolve the issue. It turned out to be a hair blockage. Thank you.

I Chose an advertised whirlpool/spa plus panels but the advertised bath was no longer available. Helpful staff suggested an alternative which I accepted. Bath arrived on specified date, but was covered in glue fingerprints. These have to be scratched off carefully with a fingernail. Company blamed apprentice, its taken just a couple of hours to clean up. However the two bath panels supplied were different styles, one stepped and one straight (looks silly) I asked them to replace the straight one (even worse the panels supplied are intended to just stand together with no overlap to inhibit water ingress, very poor quality). I even sent them hyperlinks to suitable panels. After a few days of ducking and weaving in the end their position was those are the ones the bath manufacturer had, take it or a refund. I opted for a refund and sourcing my own solution (not difficult). So they made all the problems mine, and I am still waiting for the refund offer so they didn't even keep their promise to process the refund quickly. Why 2 stars, there is a very nice lady there who tried hard to help, management held her back. At this time (weeks after my order) the original product I wanted is still advertised for sale.

Found my perfect spa bath after hours of searching the internet from the whirlpool bath shop, ordered and sat back and waited, two days later received a phone call from the company to confirm where i wanted the controls located. Another week went by thought i would phone to check on my order only to be told that the bath i ordered didn't exist anymore, discussed an alternative over the phone and the company worked a deal and i ordered a bath side panel and a pillow (not the pillow i wanted though as the pillow advertised on their website didn't exist anymore) All wasn't delivered on the day they promised and after waiting in all day, phoned the company who apologised and arranged a saturday delivery, Delivered on the day eventually but they forgot to pass information to the manufacturer and the controls were installed in the wrong place, the pillow i originally wanted but didn't exist anymore was sent but no bath side panel. They wasn't open on Saturday so couldn't contact anyone directly about the problem. The bath panel was sent out next day delivery the following week and they sent the wrong size and style, was told by the company that the style panel i ordered from the photo on their webpage didn't exist anymore... All a very frustrating experience, falsely advertising products they couldn't get anymore, and us having to 'make do' not with the bath i wanted but with one of the baths they they could get hold of..

I called to ask advice on which whirlpool bath and accessories to buy, I was amazed at the 'can do' attitude of the guy on the phone, extremely helpful. When my bath arrived it was just perfect, just what I wanted. If you are considering buying a whirlpool bath, give these guys a call and buy with confidence. I can recommend them 100%. Well worth the investment thank you.

The kit I order was deliverred in a matter of days. It was easy to fit although the instructions could have provided a bit more detail.

We were really pleased that we were able to order this easily and quickly, with good communication around delivery as we were on a tight schedule. However, when the bath arrived it was not the bath shown in the online diagram and had different measurements. Fortunately it still fitted as there was no other option and we didn't want to send it back as the plumbers were on the premises waiting to fit the bath. We also had no instructions with the bath when it arrived or guarantee. This may have been due to the short lead time that we gave, and these were sent as soon as we pointed it out.

I placed an order for a toilet system, but failed to notice that it wasn't eligible for delivery to my home address because of the supposedly high risk of incurring damage in transit. Payment by credit card was initially accepted and I received a receipt. The whole amount was later refunded, but I wasn't notified notified of this situation until I eventually inquired about an estimated arrival date. Even then, the company's email was blunt to the point of rudeness. Happily, a different supplier proved more than happy to fulfill my order for the desired product.
