Good products. But I had to find out by myself that one of the products I have ordered was in back oder. You never answer questions on your website. Why Is there difference in products on the Danish and the English website?

I‘m regrettably unable to order online. Payment or delivery info did not went thru, all feedback regarding this issue remains unresolved / unanswered. Sad!
I did not like it took a more than a month from my payment to the the delivery. I wasn’t aware that it was a so-called preorder plus I was also promised a free collagen booster with my order that I didn’t receive. DAO was very good only I couldn’t track my order. PostNord kept coming up instead.
The recurring shipment option works well for me at Vitaviva. And they deliver to my door even when I am not home.

Er så glad for Vitaviva. Jeg har en bruger på hjemmesiden, der minder mig om, hvornår jeg skal bestille nye vitaminer, så der ikke går lange perioder uden. Jeg er stor tilhænger af Daily- og Glow-pakken, og jeg elsker at vide, at pillerne er lavet af de reneste produkter med færrest mulig fyldstoffer. Kæmpe anbefaling her fra, hvis man går op i, hvad der er i de kosttilskud og vitaminer, man spiser.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and I still waiting for my order.
This was my first and last time I placed an order. Starting with faulty systems during ordering, it needed contact to your support to get rid of the problem. After that, UPS was unable to place the goods as the adress was missing details. It need 3 times contacting them to get rid of this fault! Finally, UPS had all correct details but delivered the goods to someone in a collecting place in a gas station instead of deliver to my adress!
Altid bedste service, specielt tak til Bianca for at guide mig i vitaminernes verden. Man kan tydeligt mærke forskellen på kvaliteten. Kunde på niende år.
