We used this company last year and were so impressed that we decided to use them for our holiday this year too as we love Venice so much. Their correspondence is clear, quick and helpful. Our apartment last year was exactly as the picture showed super clean and easy to find. The lady who met us was very informative and so friendly it was as though we had known her for years :) and I'm sure this time around will be just as good.
