While an eager salesperson, the level of training / understanding of product was lacking. I went to an alternate agency who did answer all my questions and threw a new light on the product.
dealing with your firm is a good experience but your lady made a grave error on renewal ref payments as i phoned to ask about payments and was given the wrong information which put my personal account into overdraft, marred what has been a good relationship , also hasnt followed up my complaint very well either ,,,,

Although Chase have provided a high level of service over the years, we do continue to experience poor levels of service from certain providers that we do business with in terms of incorrect data, sending communications to our people without us knowing and not always being very helpful when we request data or information from them. I would like to ask Chase to continue to review the market to ensure we've not only getting the best value for our money but also using the providers with this highest level of customer care.
