Once contacting Chase Templeton, the excellent customer service team contacted me to provide me with the details of undertaking Medical Insurance and then they provided me with the most competitive quote, fully explaining the differences and the best option for me.

Our policy was due for renewal in April. the insurer proposed a hefty increase in the premium. Chase Templeton took the initiative in finding a different insurer with which we could have much the same cover noticeably cheaper, and made sure we were aware of this in good time to switch to the new insurer at the expiry of the previous policy.

I called after having received notification that my renewal with April was going to cost me a lot more money per month and, as I had not claimed during my first year with them , I. Felt it was unreasonable. Their representative immediately researched the situation and provided a more acceptable solution with the same policy benefits as before. They also managed to secure my 1 year no claims or carry through to the new policy.

I was persuaded to change from one health provider to another. Firstly, the new provider is cheaper but more importantly it covers the private wing in my local DGH, which my former provider did not. I have a pre-condition but this was taken on without a moratorium. Chase Templeton arranged the entire process with speed and kept me informed at all times. There was a hick up just after I had changed companies which I found somewhat disconcerting. However, CT called me immediately and reassured me by sending me a confirmation letter by email. (I have now received the new policy by post). I dealt with two advisors and each one was equally courteous and knowledgeable. Almost too good to be true these days!
