We used Axa for PHI last year, via Chase Templeton, but we were contacted directly by Axa for a renewal. Axa was pushing through a massive premium increase as they assumed they had our business. If I wanted to use Axa directly I would have. I actually wanted to get an independent market view, which was why I was using Templeton. Only when I complained about the huge price hike could Templeton be bothered to look at the market and get a better price. Unimpressed, why use a broker if they just hand you off to the provider.

In previous years, other brokers have given us so much hassle that policy renewal has been a painful experience. No longer. Chase Templeton were on the ball; early renewal notice, very quick response to changes in requirements and, to top it all, friendly and efficient communication, both verbal and email.
