I had to chase for information, the quote was not clear and I never received the promised call to see if I was happy with the finally agreed policy.

very confident in advice given, after a particularly bad experience trying to deal with Axa ppp direct ,where i found their renewal procedure completely inexplicable and unacceptable .........left me thinking as a customer of over 40 years how much i had overpaid in total!
