When my renewal became due Chase Templeton rang me to ask if I was happy with my current provider or would I like them to look at other options on my behalf. Spoke to Damon Crispin regarding my existing BUPA cover where the monthly premiums have increased substantially over recent years to see if I could obtain a cheaper, but entirely adequate policy through another company. Damon spent a lot of time with me over the telephone and I have subsequently changed to a policy with Aviva saving approx. £40 per month. It has to be said that the Aviva cover is not as good as the BUPA cover as I have had to list pre-existing medical conditions which Aviva will not cover me for. However, I am happy with the outcome which Damon followed closely throughout.
