Overall a good experience but I was contacted by my previous supplier who had apparently not been contacted by Chase Templeton, leaving me to apologise on their behalf. The first the previous supplier knew was when I cancelled my direct debit instruction.
All in all went very smoothly a few hick ups as usual with Aviva and there slow administration but all sorted now. Chase Templeton very quick to respond to any queries and very helpful.

Handle our business extremely well. If I had to pick a fault, sometimes it takes two or three days for them to respond to an enquiry. This has never caused an issue, perhaps they filter urgent and non urgent enquiries.
