Price marginally better than our existing supplier but the real draw was next day delivery, as we needed the replacement cartridge urgently. Dispatch was fast, but it still took a full 4 days to arrive despite their next day delivery promises. 4 days doesn't sound like much and I feel very petty for complaining about it, but when you are left without a printer because a delivery doesn't arrive when promised, 4 days is a very long time! Contacted customer services and was told that the customer had rearranged the delivery. This could not have been the case because at that point I didn't know which courier would be delivering. Did not get any assistance from customer service beyond 'There's an error with the courier'. They did not (that I am aware of) get in touch with their courier to resolve the error or offer to send another that might have arrived on time. I ended up buying from our normal supplier as well who did manage to get it to us within 24 hours.

Beware, they will not return drum unit. Ordered though google using the printer model number, bought the drum unit and when trying to fit it was the incorrect one. Tried to return but they will not accept return because it was opened. They said they cannot accept return because I searched through google and it was Google’s fault that it brought me to incorrect page for that drum unit.
Great service delivery on time
Ordering is very easy on web site. I ordered the substitute toner this time, which is turning out to be really good & I just can't tell the difference between that & Cannon. Delivery was fast & received in good conition.
Apparently 2 failed delivery attempts were made according to them but no one ever rang my doorbell. The company didn't email me about the failed delivery attempts, so I assumed that I was still waiting for it. One week in and still nothing so I email them, to be told that delivery was attempted twice unsuccessfully and that the product had returned to their warehouse and they'll be issuing me with a refund. So question 1) why did they not contact me to let me know of failed delivery and 2) why did they not contact me to say they'll be refunding me? It had to be following my email to them chasing my order that prompted them to issue the refund. I was in urgent need of toner for my printer and this was my first time ordering with them. Definitely my last.

We have been using another brand of toner cartridge for our HP CP5225, but recently have been experiencing problems with weak colours. I decided to give Tonergiant a try with their compatible cartridge. This works perfectly, and I was very impressed with the next day deliver, ordered Thursday pm and arrived before 10am Friday. I purchased 2 toner cartridges almost 3 years ago. One of them started playing up recently. I contacted customer service with Order ID who were very helpful. They asked me to send a test page, and within 1 business day, they honoured the 3 year warranty, apologised, and sent me a new cartridge that arrived yesterday. Outstanding service
Correct products were delivered though I have not used them yet. Courier did not have a tracking option though, which makes receipt more difficult, I have remarked on this before.
