Excellent quality, very pleased with the seagrass rugs I ordered. Communication from seller was first class and delivery service by dhl courier was good. For various reasons including Covid delivery time was slightly longer than expected but I was kept informed throughout.

This my second coir rug from the Natural Rug Store and I am very pleased with it. Lovely colour and texture and so good to be able to order an exact size.

Really positive experience. Samples sent out initially got lost in post but after a call they were resent first class and arrived in two days. Love that you can chose dimensions of your rug and the software is easy to use. Order processed ahead of estimated time and I was called before dispatch. Very happy with quality and excellent communication.

I was after a rug to go under a dining table and two benches. Frustratingly, there are very limited options when it comes to standard size rugs and therefore needed a bespoke offering. It took about seven weeks to arrive and the quality was excellent, really happy with it.

This company has repeatedly told me that my rug was ready and photographs would be sent to me. Finally when I rang the company to say I would be instructing the bank to recover my money I have had the photographs. Now all I need is the rug, now way overdue on the promised delivery time. I therefore have no idea what the rug will be like. I can say the company has a very effective website to enable you to choose design and colour and are very quick to send colour samples. I assume they have problems with the manufacturing process in India and the accuracy of information with which they are provided but the staff in the UK need to develop a more stringent checking operation before they relay information without checking if it is true.

A great quality product and the 3rd time we have ordered from The Natural Rug Store. The only issue that cost them a star was that we were advised a 10 day delay due to supply chain issues that ended up being a 4 week delay but that is the current circumstances we face.

The 'rug builder' on your Web-site was easy to use and very helpful. Phone contact was excellent, I was even able to make a change to my order without difficulty. I am very pleased with my rug, it is excellent quality and looks great.

Great range to choose from, easy measuring and ordering process and excellent communication regarding delivery. The rug arrived very well packaged ( in fact so well it took me ages to unwrap!). The quality of the rug is excellent, really well made and looks great too!
