We ordered the sample pack on the Friday evening and it arrived by lunchtime on the Saturday, including leather samples and a brochure in a smart, self-contained pack. A very professional service.

The Chesterfield Company was very prompt in its response. They were also prompt in sending a detailed brochure and some useful ‘Swatches’! As a result I am now more likely to visit their showroom to examine their products more closely and to hopefully make a purchase as I am moving house soon and require a large sofa bed.
It was very easy to make my order, sadly however, I was expecting to take delivery of my order by late feb, we are now into march and still no word from the delivery dept as to when I can arrange a delivery time. They could do better to keep customer informed of status of orders.
Fabulous samples delivered quickly, and we've ordered our sofa and chair. Samples meant we could look at the colour in situ. Looking forward to our new furniture!
I am ideally looking for a high quality chesterfield sofa suite custom, 1 times 3 seater, 1 queen Ann reading chair, Two club arm chairs, all matching, with button downed seating cushions to allow circulation of air around the backside..I am going to contact Chesterfield sofas sales to get a quote.
I have requested leather samples to decide on ordering two armchairs. The leather and the colours are lovely. I have found difficult to order these armchairs without sitting on it, hence my reluctance to place a order. Also, I am interested only in armchairs with seat made with springs and foam, no detachable cushion; these seem to feel hard when you sit on it. Chesterfield has had few designs I like. I am thinking to tarvel to Manchester to see them.

It was difficult shopping on line for such an expensive purchase. We spoke to a helpful person, who then sent us samples. The measurements that are available alongside the sofa options are very good. The hardest bit was waiting for the delivery. Delivery was smooth, informative right up to the moment before they arrived. The delivery guys were careful and worked well getting it he sofa into the house . It is a beautiful sofa, rich deep red, comfortable to sit on and looks fabulous!
We’ve just had our vintage leather chesterfield delivered, fantastic, love it. We visited the showroom and they have their factory onsite. Nathan was great he dealt with our purchases right through to delivery. The delivery was great, took packaging away too. Would fully recommend using this company.
Found this company on the internet as we were looking for a new settee but wanted something a little more specialised than the usual credit service fronted as furniture manufacturers offer. Was reassured by the knowledge and honesty of the sales staff (advised us against what would have been a slightly higher priced product due to suitability for our dog) Good range of products and finishes and furniture made locally by craftsman. Settee arrived about a week ago, very pleased with it and it appears excellently constructed with high quality materials. Customer Services were accessible and helpful when contacted to enquire about our order. Whole process was easy and we are very pleased with our purchase - we would definitely use again and recommend to others.
