I really can’t recommend Temptation Gifts highly enough. I have done two Christmas orders with them….both faultless. Beautifully packaged. The second one a present which arrived in less than 24 hours with the recipient. Ordered on 22 Dec and delivered on 23 Dec! A superb on-line shopping experience and thank you to all the staff who make this happen. A real favourite on-line store and one I shall return to again and again.

Ordered 2 items as Christmas gifts for my daughter. Dispatched and delivered within days. Each item beautifully wrapped in tissue. So much so that I haven't even unwrapped them.

Ordered baubles twice now and both times a couple of the baubles weren’t to standard. I emailed in photographs and the company were very quick (both times) to send out replacement baubles without me having to return the faulty ones. Really appreciate the top customer service. Orders were received promptly too. Thank you, Temptation Gifts.

Having placed a ‘significant’ order, I realised that I’d forgotten to include an item. Almost immediately, I emailed the company requesting to add to my order. Despite the order not having been processed at this stage I was advised that this wasn’t possible and they suggested I placed another order for the additional item. I asked if they could waive the postage fee for the extra item but they refused. This simple goodwill gesture was refused which was a very short sighted decision. As such, I didn’t order the additional item from them and I won’t shop with them again in the future. My first and last shopping experience with this company.

I was hesitant seeing the Trustpilot rating but the range of gifts available and good prices made me take a chance. Ordered several soft toys and stocking fillers which arrived in 4 days; everything individually wrapped in tissue paper and packed with care. Very impressed with the overall experience and would definitely shop here again.

I have kept contacting and I am trying to figure out where my parcel is. I ordered on the 23rd November and on the 25th I asked if there were any updates. They replied saying it was busy times which I understand and it has been dispatched and it will be with me in 2-5 working days. It has now been 2 weeks since I have ordered. I am hoping to receive it soon or get a refund. If I could get any help that would be great. Thanks

I was a bit weary after reading the reviews but very pleasantly surprised with my own order. The yankee candles were better priced and had more availability than yankee themselves - everything was well wrapped for the courier and nothing broken on arrival. I did go for the 24 tracked royal mail postage for just a pound more than the standard rate and it came very quickly within that time. So very happy for ordering candles from here!

Had a slight issue with purchasing a Dunoon mug last week but to their credit this was picked up straight away and rectified swiftly by Rebecca. Great customer service after my initial disappointment.

The best place to get gifts in the UK! I'm a fan of Jellycat. The stores have a large collection of Jellycats. Very fast delivery: ordered on Saturday, shipped with Royal Mail 24 Tracked and delivered on the following Sunday! The customer service is superb. I contacted the service team via phone for one of my orders and the staff was very responsive, helpful, professional and friendly. I'll absolutely purchase again soon! Highly recommended!

Just received my order of a large Yankee candle and wax melts from Temptation Gifts. Ordered on a Friday and the goods arrived on Monday. Fantastic speedy delivery. I was struggling to find the candle on other sites but Temptation Gifts had exactly what I wanted at a great price. Will be shopping with them again and would definitely recommend their services.

Missed an item in my parcel and never wanted to resolve issue claiming their trusted staff never do a mistake without any cctv checks. Useless. Waste of money.

Thank you for putting my original review on line. Temptation gifts contacted me afterwards, through customer services. The lady requested we sent photos of the damaged baubles, which we did and then she arranged for replacements to be sent out. These arrived promptly this morning. The pale green badger and toadstool bauble arrived in good condition. Although the antique gold baubles were a vast improvement on those originally sent still showed marks and slight damage to what I believe to be a thin coating of some gold foil like material (kingfisher and blue tit). I was assured the baubles were glass but I still have reservations about this as they were not transparent or translucent in anyway. They also felt very light. They were obviously designed by Gisela Graham but there was no information to say where they were made. I was asked to send back the damaged baubles wrapped as they came, which my husband has just done. They paid the postage. I really hope they are not intending to sell them onto another customer. I am happier with my purchase now and have 4 out of 6 baubles that are as they should have been originally. I would advise other customers to avoid the antique gold baubles by Gisela Graham. Maria

Worst company In the world. So rude. They knowingly are sending items that are damaged. Got an email to prove that they know and still willing to send to people. Please avoid this company

Their customer service is second to none! Due to no fault of their own parcelforce attempted to deliver and didn't leave a card. Christian phoned me and reassured me a replacement would be sent out via a different carrier. My parcel turned up. But they have been at the end of the phone or message to me help me with a resolution. I would use them again in a heartbeat and advise others to do the same. Not many companies would have invested so much time in helping a customer. So extra thanks to Christian and Robbie who I spoke to on the phone directly, who were super kind and so helpful! The items were lovely and I got them for a great price and they also did post promptly.

Went today with my special needs son to buy a small strawberry plush toy he’d been asking for ages, 10 min after buying he realised it didn’t work as a stress relief. The young girl serving us was delightful. Went back to return it and the old lady working there literally stoped the transaction abruptly and asked us to go to her till, so we did. She hated the fact that we were foreigners and started openly being rude, giving us the down looks and examining the product through and through. Acting like the owner and basically saying we should have not visited the shop as we were not at the shop level… my son ran out in frustration. How can someone hire such a racist rude person in such a lovely shop is beyond me!!! Horrible people!
