Still haven’t received ball which was ordered in late October. Email was returned quickly and told that item was on way. Tracking info shows it in Jamaica NY for 3 weeks now. Be wary when you buy and avoid this product.

I bought a pair of Jordans trainers for my son he is 7 years old they arrived promptly via Swish with no problems & boxed nicely in official box, very pleased with our item my son loves them thank you Swish Basketball! we know where to come in the future! as Jordans I have been told are difficult to buy in the shops thank you so much great customer service!

Non-existent customer service. Ordered a pair of trainers which arrived as the wrong size in the box (uk8 box, uk7.5 shoes). Have emailed over 6 times to various email addresses on their site, and tried to call 5 times without ever getting answered. Been over 2 weeks now and I'm stuck with shoes that are no use. Avoid!

Extremely disappointing! First and last attempt of purchase. My item never arrived and they won't give me a refund before 3 weeks. Should use a better shipping company or better refund policy.

Ordered a pair of trainers as a last minute Christmas present on the 18th Dec at around 10am with standard delivery, they arrived less than 24 hours later! So impressed with the efficiency of service, and product is not only great but far cheaper than I'd seen elsewhere. Will 100% use again.

Ordered trainers which arrived stained. Sent them back recorded delivery and 3 weeks later still no refund. Condescending messages from them stating they sent the wrong colour and maybe I sent trainers I bought somewhere else back to them...what a joke. Now escalating with PayPal.

I ordered a pair of Nike Kyrie 3 and 3 pair of Nike socks for my 7 years old son monday evening. Wednesday evening the package arrived to my local post office in Denmark. That is fast delivery. That's not even possible with Post Danmark. Swish Basketball offers great prices and lots of shoes you can't buy in Danish stores. I give them 5 stars for the fast delivery and the great prices.
