Plastic packaging inside shipment box damaged whiskey box. However the Secret Bottle Shop replaced the damaged box free of charge within a day once contacted. Great service

Great customer service......informed by delivery courier that items had been damaged. Contacted company to tell them and they promised to send out a replacement the next day. As it was, the courier was wrong and delivered my order the next morning. Managed to inform the company to cancel the replacement order. Bottles were very well packaged. Would definately use this company again.
My son likes mead. Unusual and not easy to find. I have bought the more popular brands in the past but wanted to find something special for Christmas. Hence my order from the Secret Bottle shop. Two bottles of mead ordered, not cheap (around £30 each), but online they look different. Received very quickly by post. Well packaged and I was delighted with the decanter shaped bottles. They look great. Rapped and ready for Christmas. All that's left is the taste test. Fingers crossed.
