Shipping took longer even though I paid for express shipping. Seatbelts were not as long as OEM. Which made me have to buy extenders. Not bad quality. But expensive once I bought can accessories.

Color of belt looks more blue in sample section. Think I received the right product, but it is more turcousese than sample shows.

I ordered a seatbelt but it did not fit on my vehicle. I was told it would not be able to be returned if there were any marks on it from the intstall. Will not use this company nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

Unfortunately, after having your seat belts installed for about 3 weeks I had cause to depend on them. A brand new Cadillac Escalade pulled across four lanes of traffic dead in front of my 1963 Corvette and I T-boned him at about 30 mph with no chance of avoidance. The reproduction seat belts did exactly what they were designed to do and I was grateful they were in place; the originals had worn, threadbare fabric and were missing stitches.

Out of the box the quality looked and felt good. My issues with the seat belts showed up during installation. Problem 1: the length of the belt was about a foot too long. The belts hang loose after all the available space on the roller mechanism is full. I don't have the tallest conversion van but it's still about 5 foot inside the cabin and the belts were too long. Problem 2: the belt holder that mounts into the ceiling was permanently installed on the belt. For my installation those belt holders already in the van were perfectly ok for continued use so I ended up having to cut the new belt holder ring off with a dremel tool fitted with a cut-off wheel...all while trying not to hurt the seat belt webbing. My existing belt holders have a slot that you slip the webbing through to get it in or out. Problem 3: the latch that you clip the buckle into had that accordion looking cover on it. I had to bend the super stiff plastic cover about 90 degrees up and out of the way to allow installation of the mounting bolt. Designing that part with a circular plug that could be snapped-in or fitted after installation of the bolt would be good idea.

They fit ok. They are lower quality than original.

High quality, easy installation -- EXCEPT: mounting hardware in the kit was too small diameter, and thread too fine. Bolts did not fit factory mounting points and we ended up cross threading one hole. Had to re-use existing (original) bolts to get it to work. Not enough to lose a star, but you should know this before buying.

The lap buckle does not match the shoulder hook. Thus three is not way to store the lap buckle

Ordered 3 seatbelts and ended up not needing them so I needed to return them unopened as per the terms and conditions of sale. Called published customer service number during business hours multiple times -no answer, and no response to my voicemails. Sent a polite and friendly email asking for help -no response. Apparently I should have just lit my $55 on fire, cause it would have had the same end result as having 3 unopened seat belts sitting in a USPS box in my desk drawer. The seatbelts themselves look good - that's not the problem with this picture. So. As an experienced ecommerce geek, let me offer a piece of advice to y'all: a) Amazon, Summit, and JCWhitney sell these too - enough said there. b) A small, niche based business lives and dies by its customer service, because it can't compete with outfits like Amazon or Summit on the basis of price. Y'all failed miserably in that regard, and I would never dream of spending another dime with Seatbelts Plus because of it. Best of luck to you - your absolute lack of customer service means you're going to need it. P.S. the CSS controlling the layout of your site makes it do weird visual stuff on pages that return a large number of product results. You may want to have it fixed if you're still entertaining the fantasy of staying in business online with no customer service.

I purchased four belts for a 69 restoration project and they look, feel and operate as a new vehicle would with the exception you have to pull out on the belt very slowly to extract it. I ordered two three-point belts with the hardware kit and the top shouldered bolt was not included in the kit. Overall great quality and would buy them again.
