Great product for a great price

Purchase was easy and fast! Pricing is excellent as well. I haven’t received my product yet but I have a friend that brought some and that’s what inspired me to buy a few sets for my Vehicle. Can’t wait to receive mines which are know I’ll be pleased.

Order was not all shipped. I had to contact to request missing items. They were promptly shipped.

I was so happy to place my order for my 81 c10 and the color they said was in stock online. Order confirmation and en route. Then to start my week a couple of days later I received a rude and call was told that GM pulled license and I’m S.O.L and they were canceling my order or I could wait a year or so for legal action. I will never use your company again.

Ordered some belts and never received tracking. so I called a couple days later and the person that answered the phone was very rude. They told me that my order was on back order for almost two months. And went on to tell me that I should probably just cancel it. I told him I would wait because I didn't need them right away. So they finally come in and they are not the right ones. They don't match at all. I call them and I'm answered yet again by a rude person telling me that they are not the wrong ones because they are the same ones they have been selling for years. He didn't care to try and see pictures that I have of the new and old. He didn't try and find me the right ones just said we'll send you a label to return them.

These guy are outstanding. The product is great, great price and shipping was fast. What more could you ask for. Good job Seat Belts Plus

Buyer beware!!! Clueless people answering their phones, and terrible customer service! Avoid this place, there are too many other places to purchase quality belts at good prices.

Picked up front and rear belts for my Regal and they look good, but latch way too quickly. Meaning, when you reach over your shoulder to pull them to the receiver they catch almost instantly, and continue to catch all the way down. Making a 2 second process into a frustrating 20 second ordeal. Both sides the same, and no adjustments can be made. Emailed customer service twice, no answer, called and the tech guy simply said “these are $60 seatbelts, there not going to work as well as the factory units”. Last time I buy from them. Btw... the 4000+ reviews on their website are all bogus, there is no way to leave a review for them on their site.

I made the mistake in ordering lap belts a little too quickly for a car restoration I’m doing. A few months later, I decided to see if I could send the (unused and never installed) lap belts back (paying for the return myself) and exchange them for more expensive 3-point belts. Christian informed me that their system had changed since my order was made and she couldn’t provide a refund nor exchange. Then after some back and forth, she tells me she could exchange them, minus a restocking fee and some other deduction. Well, life got in the way and a few weeks later I reach back out to her to move on that offer and she tells me that she decided to close that offer. Maybe this is for the best since I can’t really imagine doing business with such a company with such terrible customer service.

Recently bought a 62 ford and started looking at things to get for it , seatbelts were the first thing I bought , aside from the quality the color options were amazing , and shipping was so fast I couldn't figure out what the package was because in my head seatbelt plus package shouldn't be there by then maybe 3 days total after payment... amazing and serious great customer service

I placed an order, which was stated as in stock and ships same day, etc. 8 days later , still no update, nothing shipped. I emailed and called twice, no responses to either. I finally called a third time and got a customer service rep who clearly doesn't care about customer service. Said it was backordered (never communicated to me at all, in fact the status was "picking" the whole time), and gave no apologies whatsoever. Worst purchasing experience I've had in a long time.

shorted one lap belt on my order, numerous attempts to rectify only to be told "there was nothing we can do" beware

Arrived missing parts. Multiple attempts to contact by email or through website ignored. Seatbelts actually came from another vendor "Seatbelt Solutions". Avoid this middle man with zero customer service!

Seems to be well made. However, they seem to be slightly short to lean forward much.
