I ordered a pair of retractable lap belts on Sunday evening. They were in my hand in Maple Ridge, British Columbia today, Tuesday by 1:00 pm. Haven’t installed yet, but quality looks excellent and customer service is spectacular!

The price was excellent and the belts themselves were fine. The buckles were very poorly finished with scratches and irregularities. This is the most visible part of the seatbelt. It's a shame the chrome wasn't up to snuff.

Fit great, works with OEM buckle. 30 minutes install, and I'm not a pro. Doesn't lock when moving normally.

No explanation of the status of my order. Over a week of waiting. Would have been nice to at least know the status other than "awaiting shipping". Finally received a return phone call and the person was borderline rude. Guess he didn't care for me getting upset with him. Didnt take them long to take my money. Nowhere did it say "your order is BACKORDERED" Statement says: This item "MAY BE" a special order or custom made seat belt. Check product details for more information and availability. Some colors may be in stock, while others are strictly custom made. We welcome all inquiries to check stock in our inventory. Once your order is approved, please allow up to two weeks in production before your order ships.
