Although a very good website, it states next day delivery which it fails to do. Also it comes with absolutely no paperwork, not even a guide on the website. This makes me very suspicious of the quality and worth taking to trading standards.
The web sight is easy to use, gave me options based on my specific vehical, and the pricing is fair. However, since I have not received the product as of yet. I dont believe responding to a product review makes any sense. Therefore, my constructive comment is as follows: ask for a product review after the customer receives the product.

Without a doubt we will use Seat Belts Plus again. The order process and communication is outstanding.
The belts are beautiful and the price reasonable. Communication from the company could be better. Never got a shipping notification. In fact, I now have my belts after a bit of a wait, but their site still says awaiting shipment. Oh well. Really nice seat belts though.
