Nothing but praise for Roberto when it came to sorting out my new car, even offering a lift when it came to collection to make sure I found his site okay etc. Car was exactly as described and he made sure it was fully serviced & looking perfect on day of collection. Would highly recommended to anybody either considering his concierge service or just considering looking at his available cars, he’s one of the good ones who cares about their customers who is fully transparent. Hopefully won’t need a new car anytime soon but know where I will be going again when I do.

Accurate description of the vehicle and very convenient in-person delivery. When an issue was faced at delivery (missing part), it was resolved in a timely and very fair manner. I will most definitely consider SAAC motors next time I am in the market for a used vehicle.

What can I say! I just recently bought a lovely BMW 4 series from Roberto, from the get go the service was brilliant, was very accommodating to my varied shift pattern and made it possible to view the car on Sunday evening. Any issue I saw with the car Roberto went above and beyond to get fixed or rectified. He is incredibly knowledgeable about each vehicle he has, his knowledge of motor trade is brilliant. From viewing to buying Roberto made the process very easy and there was no pressure or rushing. Genuinely the best buying experience I have had. 100% recommend him as a motor trader but also his concierge service!
I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from Saac in December and I'm very satisfied with the car. There was a problem with the wiper when I came to view it, but Roberto had it fixed within 24 hours. Roberto was a pleasure to deal with, and even delivered the car at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend visiting if you're in the market for a used car.

Roberto was superb from start to finish. All I needed to provide was the approx. budget and requirements of the car I wanted and within the same day he had come back to me with multiple choices all within budget or even below! Within a couple of days the vehicle was collected and brought to his office. He noticed some imperfections that weren't highlighted on the vehicle advert which he had sorted and the vehicle valeted in record time as we needed the vehicle for work use ASAP. Really impressed, great service. So good we're looking for another vehicle and Roberto is already on the case!

I came to SAAC motors using their concierge service looking for a BMW 3 Series 2015 M Sport - Diesel. I was very specific about what I wanted and it's condition as the car is used for daily long commutes on the motorway. I told Roberto exactly what I wanted and within 3 days i found what I now say is my dream car. Roberto was able to source me a car that has an excellent full service history, low mileage and perfect MOT while keeping within my budget. The process following Roberto finding the car was incredibly easy, and within 2 days I was on the road in my new car.
