I ordered a birthday present for a beloved family member, and was very excited about the gift - it symbolised a lot and represented a true family bond. It had on it a message related to a rather ordinary shopping trip which turned out to create memories I would treasure forever. As you can imagine, the gift meant a lot to me. I was extremely disappointed, heartbroken I would go as far as to say, when it arrived broken, shattered, and the treasured memory with it. This made me feel very upset, as if the gift represented the ruined bond. We had to send it back, and suggested that we should not only get a replacement, but also a gift, something special to compensate for the damage to the present and our friendship. All we were offered was a discount on other purchases which I personally thought was rather inappropriate and insensitive considering the tragic circumstances. However, this is a specific experience, other than the broken product, it was easy to order and otherwise good. Thank you, would buy again.

Terrible, I needed. Ect day delivery and paid £11 oddto get it the present by the next day, this was on Friday and the gift didn't even arrive until Tuesday. So disappointed, with the company and service, have tried to call several times but could never get hold of anyone.

Really helpful on the phone when I wanted to check if the picture was going to be good quality. They kindly checked and said it wouldnt be good enough and let me send a few pics after to see which would be suitable for the groom facemask. Managed to also get them dispatched in time for next day delivery. Excellent quality. Went down a treat on the hen! The hen loved them that much she is getting more for her wedding. Thanks!
