Olin Marbella booked me an appointment to get Internet Installed in my house. I had one week to ensure it was completed, it took 4 days of sitting in my house to finally get Installed. The first day, they need to find another street box to add my wires, the second day they called too late to show up, the third day the technician called to say he could not come in the set time I was given and after a phone call to customer services as I was flying home the next day they sent Oleksandr who came all the way from Malaga to fit the internet which he did really efficiently he gets the 5 stars .. although a bit of a rocky start I have heard good things about Olin and the internet seems strong. I am grateful Olin customer services made good on their promise to get my internet fitted before flying out.
La mejor fibra que he tenido tras probar varias compañías. Además la atención siempre recibida en tienda desde que contratamos es cercana y muy agradable. Gracias a Maria siempre por tu atención
No hagan contrato es la peor compañia desde 2023 que se hizo Olin. Yo me hice clienta a finales del año 2021 cuando recien se abrió, en el 2022 bien, todo normal paso Enero 2023 y se hace Olin me empiezan a cobrar doble factura en un mismo mes, llamo a reclamar y me dicen se solucionará con devolverle el dinero pasan 15 dias a 30 dias vuelvo a llamar y me cobran el proximo mes con otro monto superior a la factura según porque han subido todas las tarifas, decido cambiarme de empresa y me niegan el traslado solicito dar de baja todo el contrato con la compañia y me dicen que me lo niegan llevo 6 meses pagando doble recibos y reclamando pero no devuelven el dinero. Podran a escribir opiniones su personal, con falsas referencias, pero recuerden Siempre la verdad salé, y voy hacerla viral. Sois unos ladrones! he avisado que les voy a demandar porque no me permiten irme, ni cambiarme de tarifa, ni cambiarme de compañia y siguen cobrandome facturas dobles y eso no es legal. ya entregue el rooter y siguen teniendome con wifi cuando ya ni resido en aquel lugar. SOIS LO PEOR OS LAMENTARAN.. Y ANIMO A LA GENTE A DENUNCIARLES POR LADRONES OLIN

Realmente son unos ladrones Os recomiendo que no os acerqueis a esta empresa. Jamas he visto semejante grupo de sin verguenzas. A mi me han timado al limite. Hay muchas mejores ofertas en el mercado.

El personal que trabaja en olin los Boliches es muy amable siempre están allí para ayudar en todo, en mi caso siempre que voy me ayudan a solucionar los inconvenientes que llevo
En caso de error en el abono de tu recibo, te interrumpen la línea, los datos y te los cobran como si te los hubieran suministrado en la siguiente factura con un incremento por gastos de reclamacion. Si decides darte de baja, te siguen enviando facturas hasta 6 meses despues

Promised internet to be fixed in 1 day, it’s been already 5 days and nothing. Support doesn’t say anything, it’s impossible to reach the technical team and get any approximate timeline. If you want to be without internet go to oliv!
He estado en esta tienda y Iulia me ha atendido muy bien, he tenido problemas con mi antiguo operador para las portabilidades de mis líneas de móvil, y ella ha estado pendiente paso a paso de cada gestión que se tenía que hacer. Muy contenta con la atención y el trato recibido. Voy a recomendar está compañía, por qué la contratación ha sido un acierto total.
La chica de Olin san pedro -JULIA- la peor agente que conocí. Olin tiene que despedir esa chica horror.no es falta de educacion sino no tiene educacion con los clientes. Levanta la voz y habla mal. Debería ser amable para que la gente atrae.Estoy al processo de contratar al Olin pero ya me ha cambiado la cabeza por el trato que me ha hecho. Mejor contrataré otra- avatel sera mejor Y me experiencia lo contare a todos que conozco.
