We live overseas and use a shop and ship delivery option so it gets delivered to a warehouse and shipped out to us in the ME, we still received it within 10 days. There was a packing error and we received a long sleeved top instead of short sleeved. It’s not easy for us to return something and would probably cost more than the item to do so! Oakfield just apologised and refunded the item without the need to return it. Super understanding and efficient. Would definitely use them again.
