Oakfield did great. Items received in Ni very quickly Clippers arrived but broke within 15mins of use. Blade faulty. Been on directly with liveryman to resolve which was disappointing to have to do. Still waiting on them. So as yet cannot use device

Ordered a hoodie, arrived quickly but it was too big, so I paid over £5 to have it returned first class, assuming I would get an exchange just as quick (Customer has to pay for returns by this company). However, once they received it, I received a PayPal email to say I had been refunded ....this was despite me correctly filling out the exchange form sent with the item and it still being in stock in the new size I had requested. I contacted them for them to tell me they had 'missed my return' i.e. not read the return form and if I wanted the item, I would have to reorder again- not ideal as I have to wait for PayPal funds to go back on my card. I have re-ordered from them as the item was still the cheapest there, but honestly wouldn't bother in future.
