Ordered some NAF ProFeet rock hard, the most decent price online at the moment! Sadly the bottle came with the lid only half on and half the contents had come out soaking the rest of the parcel. Thankfully it was the only thing I ordered so nothing else was ruined. I emailed in and was offered 60% back which I got the same day so reasonable at least.
