I went for a test drive the car had an engine light on I complained about it the sales person assured me that the car will be fixed and prepared I paid for the car car it took them a week to prepare the car I picked up the car barely 20 miles the engine light came on I contacted them the said a warranty company must assist me I got hold of Auto protect and they told me the warranty was a listed one I'm trying to get hold of the after sales manager to no avail it's just duck and diving

Good and bad, staff friendly enough. Booked appt to view a car, car wasn’t even on site or cleaned ready for test drive. Following week came to collect after they said they would have it serviced, and fully valeted in the week. No valet done, car off site again, so slow with service and no awareness of the time they were taking. Guy who was with us constantly having conversations with other staff about other cars while we were still waiting. No sense of customer service. We had to go off and have some food while they finished the cleaning, and car still wasn’t valeted properly!! Also, Bluetooth wasn’t working and wasn’t checked by service team. Wouldn’t recommend again as very poor customer service and so so slow in dealing with customers.
I would never buy a car off them again, bought a car, with warranty, left the garage with a noisy fan, and they wanted the warranty company to fix it, I have to fix it myself after 5 month of no contact.
Make inquiries regarding a Skoda Superb Estate car with Benny over the telephone as I live in Northern Ireland and asked was the car worth me investing my time and money in go to see it He advised me of the benefits of Distance selling rules and also convinced me that it was worth the effort as I shouldn't be disappointed Flight was booked for a few days later and the car was actually better than described After completing the necessary paperwork we had 6.5 hours to get to Scotland and catch a ferry back home Needless to say the car was superb on the 350 miles trip north But back to Benny , all I can say he was knowledgeable, courteous and professional in dealing with the car (although it was a 7 year old car , I FELT I was buying a new one) -- keep up the good work and I would probably purchase from Noya Motor Group sgain Regards Martin

I bought a xtrail from them and discovered a fault on my way home. Did exactly what you would expect from a good dealer had the car back to try and find and fix the fault sadly it diddnt work out and my car was returned but I wouldnt let that put me off buying from them again very professional.
Absolutely fault less sold me a fantastic Range Rover velar Entertained the kids teas coffees and biscuits and just too add a amazing showroom some real beauty’s inside and out The staff where very helpful and really made the experience pleasurable (I wish I could say that about the rest of the other dealerships) not pushy and honestly it felt seamless will be back for my upgrade give or take 3/4 years Thanks again NMG

I purchased my vehicle from this company just four months ago, after only a month I had to take the vehicle back to them due to an issue with noisy brakes, I actually waited while the works were supposedly sorted. Surprise surprise the fault accured again on the way home! I knew this would happen because I knew that they didn't even take the wheels off! I recently broke down on holiday in the UK, and I had to have the vehicle towed to a garage, again the Noya Warranty people couldn't help me, and I had to fork out £160.00 for taxi's and a garage bill, which of course ruined my holiday. When I arrived home the fault occurred again! Got a told me " they could not look at the car to another six days". Which just about sums the company up! I am now without a vehicle for a week! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
I have bought a used car last month. When I arrived the car wasn’t ready for me to pick up. I was waiting for the sales person Mikey never available and ready to receive a client. I have called prior to arriving to prepare the sales team for my arrival. The message hasn’t been passed onto the sales person. I haven’t been allowed to test the car and pushed to sign an agreement without proper evaluation. There are several faults that I have t been informed about - the car sometimes starters on start, which is a major problem. Not to mention a compensation for very expensive broken front light that is close 5 times lower than the cost of required job. I tried to cancel the agreement within 14 days that was highly unsuccessful as until now I am kept in the dark without appropriate response causing me a lot of distress, financial instability and mental health issues. I don’t recommend this car broker! Check every word of the agreement and think 3 times before you buy a car from Noya Motor Group.

Mrs bought a Range Rover Evoque off these last December (27/12/2023)and has nothing but problems with it since. Two turbos have blown, meaning it’s been off the road for 11 weeks. She’s had to replace all 4 tyres and the break discs within 5 months of owning it( less than 5000 miles) The gear box is now leaking. It’s an absolute pig of a car. She has requested service history off them twice and she still hasn’t received it. Absolute cowboys. I’d really avoid this crowd at all costs. Scum is to good a word.
