As a woman, I felt very unsafe in my stay. The housing staff was very dismissive to any problems I had. The hotel does not meet regular safety standards and I would not recommend anyone stay here.

As a Muslim women they made no effort to make me comfortable. They were rude when I tried to express myself and put the blame on me and failed to properly communicate. I wouldn’t recommend! Even though it’s a cheaper alternative it’s not worth it.
Terrible experience. As a woman, I felt completely unsafe and vulnerable. When I asked for help, they outright refused and showed no concern for my well-being. Their lack of professionalism and empathy was shocking. I would strongly advise others, especially women, to stay away. This is not a place you can trust.
My experience with this Umrah travel agency was extremely unsettling. The hotel room they arranged was unsafe, with only one key card provided for four people, forcing the room to remain unlocked. This led to serious privacy issues, including a man walking into my room unexpectedly. When I reported these concerns, the agency refused to help, showed no accountability, and instead blamed me for the situation. I strongly advise against using this agency—they cannot be trusted with your safety or comfort. It’s not safe for women.

Noble made everything easy for our Umrah Group of 16 people this past December. I was getting 24/7 support from brother Tehseen through out the planning process and he always made sure to check with me before making any major decisions and also always gave multiple alternatives when it came to hotels. When we arrived in Saudi Arabia the hotels were just as promised and very beautiful 5 star with breakfast included. They were also very close to the haram just within 5 min or less walking distance with lots of stores and shops nearby. Also whenever we needed transportation the drivers would be exactly on time.
