This is a scamming company and their not try in g to give us the money for us to pay our own dept. they want you to pay them each month and you might not see where your payments are going. Very rude customer services reps too. SHUT THEM DOWN

Request refund of fees 2 months ago and so far have not received anything. The company is not at all interested in resolving this issue. I get the runaround of management giving me a call within 48 hours and it has been 2 months with no response.
