What a credit Ben is for this company, Ben was able to review my circumstances and got me a great deal on my new car finance despite other well known companies trying to help but not inputting the correct data. Ben kept in touch at every stage to advise me on the next steps and made the whole process really easy and straightforward. This would be the first company I go to for any car in the future.

Best part of this experience was Jake, He talked me through every process and was really patient with me, I had concerns and fears and he didn’t flip the page on me and made it really simple. I’ll recommend Jake anytime, guy knows his Onion 👍

Dealt with tom from start to finish an absolute gent, didnt treat me like i was stupid, explained what needed explaining, set a very clear criteria on the cars/dealership i could choose from, helped with the dealership applied on the monday evening, paperwork sorted om the tuesday drove away on the wednesday morning, will be comkng back to midland credit for tom on the future. A great friendly team, nothing to complicated for them

I've only given 1 star as I had to. A complete disappointment from the start. Nothing but bother with the car a bought, it's was broke down 20 minutes after picking it up in the garage a further 7 times for various reasons. Told Midland I didn't want the car back. They said they were speaking to the garage and finance company. Could not get hold of Matthewand rang finance company and they knew nothing about the troubles I was having. Matthew was telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. He has done nothing to get the issues sorted. The car has been of the road 6 to 7 months but we are still having to pay every month. AVOID AT ALL COSTS COMPANY DOESNT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. This has been going on since April 2023.
