I found the staff at Max Ram easy to talk to and very helpful, once the item was paid for the delivery was prompt and efficient. The only negative I can think of is that the payment proceedure could be easier (paypal perhaps)

I ordered a SDHC / USB adapter from Maxram on Wednesday 18th April. It was delivered within 24 hrs!!. I couldn't believe the absolutely brilliant service I received from this company. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Ordered 2 x 16gb Sandisk usb sticks. Had to wait until Amazon Marketplace expected delivery time had passed to advise had not received - (@10 days - which I find unacceptable for a straightforward online purchase, however could be due to supplier not holding stock & having to order in themselves first before dispatch?). First email advising not received generated a confused response, although in their favour was prompt - same day. Second email (again prompt) apologised for confusion & reassured replacement consignment dispatched - which I received the next day. All well except consignment was not as ordered, in that it was supposed to be 2 x 16gb Sandisk "Switch" sticks, but instead received 2 x 16gb Sandisk "Slice" sticks. Fortunately this makes no difference to me as the memory capacity is the same, but may be a problem for other customers? This purchase was as a result of the competitive pricing, so would not rule out using them again as long as the price is right.

I purchased a memory card for my Panasonic camera, when I received it didn't record movies all that well (the camera could only manage to write movies at half the screen size). I contacted Chris Greening at Maxram about this. He itimated there had been some problems with Panasonic camera compatability issues. Anyway, "no problem we'll send you a card from a different supplier", unfortunately the memory card had the same issues as before. I contacted Chris about the problem, he did some research and contacted me a few hours later. He said he was certain the card he'd sourced was up to the job. I received the card and formatted it with the camera and this time 'hey presto' it worked great. The whole point is: its been a long time since I've received service like this. It wasn't Maxrams' fault the first and second cards didn't work, it was an issue with the camera hardware. If I need any more items for my camera I'll be heading straight back to Maxram. Nothing is too much bother, this company aims to give the best service possible. For your own sake I would suggest you should dump your other suppliers and start shopping here!

I ordered 2x 8GB level 10 (10Mb/s) SDHC cards at GBP 7.98 (Jessops equivalent for level 6 (6Mb/s) was GBP 32.76). They arrived within a couple of days, and have worked perfectly since installation.

Item was well priced and arrived very quickly. Would definitely use them again.

Preparing to go on holiday, I couldn't find my camera battery charger anywhere so ordered another online with Maxram. The item was posted same day and arrived within 24hrs. Panic over! Very efficient service - many thanks.
