A minor issue with delivery but sorted out with a quick call to customer support who were very helpful. Fittings supplied are of good quality , especially once their price is taken into account, Will be in touch in 25 years for replacements ! As ever with 'foreign fittings the wiring diagrams need careful consideration when installing.

Got 10x GU10 LED bulbs for a very competitive price so I was apprehensive beforehand about the brightness and quality of the bulbs. However quality seems good and brightness is excellent.

I received my bulbs very quickly and was absolutely delighted with them. A great product. If they last half as long as predicted then I 'll be delighted. Just need to see how much I save in energy over the next year. I will definately use this product from light rabbit again and now plan to replace the rest of my bulbs with these.

In my case I selected LightRabbit for 3 reasons: (a) Product was offered at a reasonable price (b) The website had a (,ie) ending, suggesting local sourcing in Ireland (c) Shipping stated as "Courier - Signed For & Tracked" In reality this company scored positive only on point (a), although identical product could be sourced from UK at a cheaper price. Although the website ended in (.ie) in reality the company is based in Jersey and the good were shipped from that location. A courier service with tracking was not used to ship the goods. They were sent by normal Royal Mail and took longer than expected to arrive. When I subsequently brought these points to the attention of LightRabbit they failed to respond to my complaint. In brief - I was ignored. Would I use this supplier again? - Definitely not! I stand over what I wrote before. A website ending in (.ie) strongly suggests that you are based in or operational from Ireland. On your own admission this is not the case. Company spam filters have NEVER been an issue with the many other online companies I deal with on a regular basis. Yesterday I was able to purchase an identical product on eBay for a total of €60 inclusive of shipping charge. Let's just agree to differ on this as I have no intention of continuing the dialogue. What I wrote is my personal true experience.

I have placed two orders with this company as they have an informative website, helpful knowledgeable staff when you telephone them and competitive prices. I have been very impressed by the products that I have purchased and intend using them in future developments that I carry out. I have two perhaps three reservations about them, firstly delivery is slow, expect it to take a week despite what they say, on the second order I even requested next day delivery but it took seven days. Secondly they don't send email confirmations of the order despatch or an invoice, all of which are however viewable and printable from the 'my account' section of their website. Lastly and I suppose a very minor irritation is the printable invoice takes two sides of A4 due to their logo taking more than one side, how ridiculous and it makes for messy account records, further the actual font size of the order details etc is very small. They could easily correct these points and I hopr they do, |I would like to use them again but I am not sure that I will.

I'm upgrading from two stars as I have now got the product and am very happy with it. Got three golf ball 5w for my kitchen E14. Very happy with them. They have a lovely soft but bright instant on light which has transformed my kitchen. Ordering more now for other parts of the house. I was sick of changing the regular bulbs which kept blowing. Looking forward to long life bulbs!

I only recently got interested in upgrading my house to LED - LightRabbit made the test phase of this very simple both because of their concise information on their site and the fact that postage is reasonable (free). My bulbs arrived today and if successful I look forward to converting my whole house.
