I advised to a friend and he download the app. He chose EUR as currency to apply, but turned out the final sum is cca 60% higher than he would have chosen USD. However the exchange rate is not justify this difference. I checked in my account where the base currency is USD and that is correct.
Probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I must be up to 10 emails now. My bank account was charged with three transactions but KeepCalling cannot show me which transactions the charges were for. they tell me to check my online account which i do, and there is no sign of the transactions. I sent pictures with every email but it makes no difference. I just get back nonsensical replies .

I am truly honest I was glad I found your service. I was not able find a similar business in Canada. I am happy I can talk to my 91 year old mom in Prague every week and not wondering about my budget. The only thing is that I get disconnected usually after 20 to 25 minutes when on the call. Not a big deal. I just call back. Thank you Mike
All is well when I can finish konversation , sometimes after 5 min , call is interapted and it keeps interupting 2,3,4x Other than that all is well
