The calls lack quality and drop often. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly but hope they can improve the call experience.

This service saved our vacation! We were in Europe when Verizon's international service experienced a multi-day outage. We were able to quickly sign up for KeepCalling. It helped us continue to make travel plans, was easy to sign up and easy to use. Customer service was also great.

Used to love Keep Calling for years when someone started to use our pin number and Keep Calling said we told someone in Canada and Las Vegas they could use our pin. We did NOT do such a thing. But Keep Calling agent said we did. So we do NOT want Keep Calling anymore.

Yet again I am having problems when I call South Africa from the UK. Despite having more than £10 credit available which gives in excess of 100 minutes, I got told after 14 minutes that I had one minute left and then got cut off. This is not the first time this has happened but Keepcalling doesn't seem to care. To make matters worse I now can't even get through on the access number I use. The moment I press the dial button the call disconnects. Shocking lack of service. Happy to take my money but doesn't deliver a service!
Great bargain...only wish there was human, customer service available for those of us technology challenged. i.e. when instructed to push star key to enter additional minutes, I get nowhere & needed help doing it on line.
