Our goal in the next two years is to purchase a more spacious and comfortable home, probably a fifth wheel, and we plan on purchasing it at Johnnie Walker RV. Great customer service.

We have bought 2 motorhomes and a 5th wheel from Johnnie Walker RV over the last 15 years. Some where in the middle of that my husband bought one from another dealership here in town. Their service department was so horrible that we bought an extended warranty through Johnnie Walker just so they could service our motorhome. When it was time to upgrade again we went running back to Johnnie Walker to look at their latest models. They have always treated us right even when they did not sale us our coach. I will never go to another dealership again. These guys know how its suppose to be done and they do it!

We found our salesperson, JJ, to be extremely friendly and knowledgeble. We were new to looking for a trailer and he was patient and took time to answer all of our question in a way that didn't intimidate you. When we did purchase a trailer, they set it up in a special area on the lot and we were given a full rundown on where everything was, how it worked and then let us stay in the trailer overnight so that we could get use to it and ask the staff any questions about how the trailer felt. We were also given two certificates for 2 night stays at RV resorts at Sam's Town RV Resort and Lakeside RV Resort in Pahrump. We were also given a one year complimentary membership to the Colorado River Adventure RV Resort Group which allows us 20 nights stays at our choice of 9 or 10 of their resorts. We felt the selection and prices at Johnnie Walkers can't beat. We were treated like family and they made sure that you were completely satisfied with your trailer, even weeks after you purchased it.

I was greeted by a salesman who was knowledgable about the trailer I was looking at. They were very professional and courteous throughout the sales process. I would definitely buy my next RV or trailer at Johnnie Walker RV

The experience of buying the trailer was a good one, the not so good part was that they did not do a very thorough inspection of that new trailer and we took it home only to find quite a few things wrong with it. Especially an electrical problem that should not have happened at all if they would have checked it properly. We are still waiting to have an opportunity to use the trailer for a couple of days and see if everything is still working properly after they fixed it.

We have bought 4 RV's from JW as our family grew! The SERVICE Department is TOP NOCH.. The JW TEAM has always made us feel like family!

Our Family has a very long History with Johnnie Walker Rvs. We've had Trailers, Toy Haulers and Motorhomes and we keep coming back because of the Attention and Service they give us . We are always treated like Family whether we are in the Market for new Digs or Service or just dropping in to say Hello.

Theirs only one person in service that is not on the ball the rest of the team is great.

Everyone at Johnny Walker is so nice. They never treat you like all they want is for you to spend your money there. Denny in the sales department sat me down and asked me many questions. He listened to my wants, and made recommendations as to what would be good for me. He never tried to sell my something I didn't need, or something that was more than I would use. Al in the service department knows me by name, even thou I have only been there maybe three times in a year He always takes good care of me,, as do the guys in parts. The ladies at the front desk are friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. It is a nice place just to come and look around. And the biggest thing for me was, NO PRESSURE. EVER! Everyone treats you like family. I would not, and have not hesitated in recommending Johnny Walker's to anyone looking to buy their first, or tenth RV. As a novice camper, I purchased my first travel trailer from Johnnie Walker RV nearly two years ago. I have been extremely pleased with the excellent customer service I have received from the entire Johnnie Walker team. Denny, Darcy, Joe, Al, Jeremy, Dusty, and Michael deserve particular praise. They have been very gracious in helping my son and I learn the ins and outs of this wonderful RV experience and in keeping our RV in great condition. I highly commend this outstanding family business and the impeccable personal service that Johnnie Walker RV provides!

My wife and I recently took a two week cross country RV trip. Twice i had issues with a faulty power convertor and also had an issue with a leaking black holding tank. JW RV service staff talked us through both issues (not to mention after hours in both cases) to keep us on the road and minimizing our down time. I do not normally reply to this type of formatted email, but JW RV provided exceptional service and i felt it needed to be commended. I was in the market to pickup a RV trailer. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to get a 5th wheel or a travel trailer. I hit nearly every RV lot in town to do some research, talk to sales guys about options and put my hands on various options. I was lucky enough to encounter JJ at the JWRV lot and I've been a fan ever since. Up front I told him we were just looking around, getting info, not going to be buying today. He took the time to talk to me about the differences between the types of trailers, advantages and disadvantages. He gave me buying advice on size of truck I would need for the various models and gave me very real data rather than the usual sales line to close the deal. I left the lot having left my info with JJ and told him we need to shop around a bit. Throughout the entire process, he wasn't pushy and very much seemed interested in finding something that would make me happy rather than just something to get a deal closed on. About a month later, we had bought the truck and went back to look at a particular used 5th wheel at the lot. We found JJ, who even though he was with another customer, recognized me, greeted me and told me he would find someone to help us. I told him that I would wait for him as I wanted to make sure that he was well rewarded for the effort he put in. He was by far the best representative we dealt with across all the lots we visited. We ended up making a deal on that 5th wheel and I really felt that JJ was putting forth the extra effort to make sure that the deal we got on it was one that made us happy. When we encountered a few hiccups with the deal, the sales manager Don was quick to get involved, assured me that he would work things out and even got a hold of Johnnie himself to get some approvals to make our deal work to everyone's satisfaction. I truly felt like everyone at that location cared about making me a customer for life. JJ has even gone so far to check in with me every couple of months just to make sure I'm happy with the purchase and have no issues. They succeeded in making me a customer for life and I go out of my way to reccommend JWRV and JJ to folks that I talk to that might be in the market for something or need service.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of my sales person Denny. He gave me lots of information and things to think about before my purchase. Made me feel he was more of a friend than a salesman. Johnnie Walker has a great web site for checking out inventory and then stopping by for the walk through of each of the trailers on the web site. Very customer service attitude from everyone there start to finish, I would highly recommend Johnnie Walker to anyone looking for a RV or trailer.

We were looking for a quality product with great workmanship and a custom feel. We were introduced to the Jayco Melbourne. Johnnie Walker RV came in with a price $20,000 less than we were expecting. Our salesman was like dealing with your favorite uncle, no pressure, with the primary objective being your total satisfaction. We custom ordered our Mebourne with the exact options we wanted and got an incredible deal. I would recommend Johnnie Wlaker RV to ANYONE.

The entire experience was good The salesmen were the typical rush rush got to make a sale, and my daughter and I felt like we were being patronized by sales people. I ask a question and it appeared as if they were ignoring us. Then when confronting Todd re: the electric jacks I thought we agreed on turned out to be more B,S. Then prior to leaving Todd told me that he needed to go on a bike ride Monday and he would bring out a drill for the jacks(Yah right) more salesman B,S, But, on a lighter side. the schooling person and installer(same person) was great and very easy to get along with and from my experience would rate him A+++++++++++++. I WAS GETTING MY RV OUT OF THE DRIVE WAY TO HEAD OUT ON A TRIP WHEN MY WIFE GAVE ME THE HOLT(STOP)SIGN. MY STEPS HAD FALLEN OUT. WHILE LOOKING UNDER THE COACH I CALLED JW WHO HAD DAVE CALL ME RIGHT BACK TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. DAVE SAID BRING IT RIGHT IN. SO I USED BUNGEE CORDS TO HOLD THE STEPS AND AND OFF TO JW'S I WENT. AS SOON AS I GOT THEIR THE SERVICE MANAGER GOT ON THE GROUND (PICTURE ATTACHED I HOPE) THE PHONE DIAGNOSES WAS CORRECT IT WAS THE MOTOR. WITHIN MIN. THEY HAD THE OLD ONE OUT AND NEW ONE IN SO WE WERE OFF TO OUR TRIP TO UTAH. SORRY PICTURE WILL NOT ATTACH

From the time we walked in till the the time we drove away with our trailer it has been AWESOME.
