The personal property plastic bags are great. I have a severe autoimmune disease of the gut and use the bags to line the trash can in my bathroom of soiled diapers and use as my emergency lets go to hospital trips. Grandkids also use them for dirty laundry bags. They are expensive but the only bag I have found to handle to weight of the soiled diapers and keep odor contained.

First, you carry the exact size zipper bag that I need to refrigerate my deli purchases. The size, 12" by 12" is difficult to find. Second, your bags are very robust, and last a long time. Third, you are very responsive---shipping the bags to me in the matter of a couple of days.

Item was what we were looking for (clear plastic (very clear), FDA spec, plastic bags of the correct dimension. Seems easy, but some of your competition have missed that mark. Shipping was expensive (X-country), but quick and efficient.

I supplied all the credit information that was requested and was told that the order would be put through as soon as was received. A week later I called to make sure order was shipped and was told I had to send a check before shipment could be made or use a credit card. I thought communication was bad; and I have never had my credit questioned in all the years I have been in business (almost 20). I typically pay my vendors before 30 days and gave credit references. When I questioned this whole process; and wondered if I could trust giving a credit card and so much of my company's personal information the customer service person felt offended and was put off that I was questioning his moral integrity. That is exactly how I felt when they denied my credit but just gave a credit card and had them ship the order
