I made an order on the Saturday before Christmas. I received a phone message from the business owner saying the item I wanted was not available and he apologized if that was inconvenient...then I received another message on the subsequent Monday that he (the owner) had found the item and was sending it second day air to be on time for Christmas....all of this without actually speaking to me directly. The package arrived as stated and made my Christmas excellent. I called Indian Traders on Christmas Eve morning to leave a message thanking them...the owner answered and declined my offer to pay for the extra shipping charges he had incurred saying that my call was thanks enough. This fella knows how to treat customers!!!!!

After seeing the same blanket on another website with the same Pendleton blanket where the background was gray in color, I was ready to cancel my order. I contacted Indiantraders by email to confirm the color. Within a few minutes, I received a phone call. Turns out, the blanket background color was actually "brown", which was perfect. I have wanted a Pendleton blanket, and have kept an eye on this site (along with Pendleton's) for years... I FINALLY got to order my blanket, and I ordered it from here bc the price was better. Ordering, confirmation, and quick shipping... Totally LOVE my blanket and could not have asked for better service!

Indiantraders was good but they recommended ups to ship to canada. Big mistake! Ups fees on top of the shipping was $93. Total cost of a blanket which was worth $220 cost me $361. Beautiful blanket but ridiculous transportation cost to British Columbia!

I found this site by searching for a particular artist. The company had a good selection of bracelets at a reasonable price. The online order system worked well and I received prompt confirmation of my order. The package was shipped promptly. I ordered Christmas gift wrap so I haven't seen the bracelet yet. If it's as attractive as the photo, I'll be a very happy customer.

My husband and I have been collecting the Pendleton Legendary Series wool blankets for about eight years now. We try to buy one every Christmas, but have missed a couple years due to finances. We now have six and absolutely love these blankets - the patterns, the quality, the stories behind the images, the warmth. And when we do buy these blankets, we have always ordered from Indiantraders.com because they have the most competitive prices out there, a safe site, and they ship so incredibly fast the blankets seem to show up almost overnight! And they package the blankets securely, double boxed with no chance of the blanket getting damaged, either in transit or from us opening the box (no box cutter incidents ever). Awesome quality. Trying to settle exchange for item"OUT OF STOCK and WRONG SIZE is difficult. Still waiting for response.I have purchased 9 items and want to purchase 2 more but I am leary. These are Christmas gifts.
