I have dealt with Honour for some time both in person and on line and have always been delighted with the experience: the staff are friendly and helpful. On line deliveries have always been 100% accurate and usually exceed expectations as to delivery times. Any time I have had to return an item the staff have been faultless: never has there been any difficulty or argument concerning the return. Last but not least I have always been delighted with the products themselves: well made, well priced, incredibly sexy. What more could anyone want?!

I have bought a few items from Honour. Quality of their clothing is very good and delivery is always quick. Never had any problems.

I love the catsuit x it fits me perfectly & I have already had lots of fun with it. The only thing that has bothered me was having to pay p&p to send purchases back. I think you should get free postage returns.

Have ordered with Honour quite a few times. Ordered over the phone once, and customer service was excellent. And 9 times out of 10 you receive your order next day providing you order in the morning. They do offer a next day service, but I usually find their despatch times are pretty fast anyway for standard delivery. Always packaged well, and very discreet. Would definitely recommend. Products are always of high quality too :) very happy customer and wouldn't shop anywhere else for my naughty items ;)

I ordered a mini skirt and some spray,Which due to no fault of your company didn't turn up. So I contacted interlink who asked me to contact yourselves being the sender. Once I did this Chelsea went into action and she has been great, not only did she get interlink to send out a driver to track down where the first parcel went but when they didn't find it she claimed the money back and sent a new parcel.(which she has just told me will be sent via royal mail). She has kept me informed at every stage and put a lot of effort into finding the parcel. This is amazing service when you consider that your company has been blameless in all this and could have just passed the buck. The heading says it all. I have always found Honour the easiest and perfect shop to use. Online the shop is easy to navigate and full of information. If you visit one of their shops the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and caring. You can't find better!!!!
