LUIS DID A GREAT JOB! PICK UP WAS ON TIME. HE STUCK WITH US NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TOOK TO GET A GOOD RIDE. EVERYONE SURFED SEVERAL RIDES! HE EVEN RODE BEHIND US GIVING POINTERS ALONG THE RIDE.

Our lesson was amazing. Marco Polo our instructor, was very friendly and professional. He totally adapted to the waves we had that day and guide us on how to make the most out of every single one. My daughter and my wife had a great time too! We loved our time and we look forward to signing up for another lesson next time we are in Cabo.

What a great experience! Beautiful Canyon, hardly any tourists and the perfect place to connect with the nature. Can recommend the tour to anyone looking for adventure and peace at the same time. Our guide Emilio was very nice and he showed us the best spots there.

Your guide made our experience seamless. We had two different ability levels. Markos and Luis were great. In the future it would be good costomer service for the guides to take pictures and share them with the customer.

Micheal is our coach, he is very talented and attentive! My daughter had a great time surfing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Marco and Maury on Tuesday, July 9th. Both gentlemen were professional, hard working and knowledgeable about the area and how best to enjoy ourselves and stay safe while kayaking and snorkeling. Maury even took my husband and I swimming around Pelican Rock. I really like how he coached some of us more nervous snorkelers, being both patient and supportive and letting us go at our own pace. (Takes me a while to warm up to swimming in dark waters.) Marco took photos and then airdropped them to us afterwards so we could remember our day. They also provided water, granola bars and the best mango I've ever had! Super fun and a nice way to end our time in Cabo.

My wife and I had scheduled a kayaking and snorkeling trip on July 4. The guides were very up front with us about the choppiness of the water and gave us the choice of proceeding, or cancelling or rescheduling. Unfortunately, we were leaving the next day and couldn't reschedule. The company gave us a full refund, no questions asked. We sincerely appreciate that the guides did not pressure us to go through with the trip if we weren't comfortable. I don't think many companies would have done this. Thank you!

I had an awesome surf lesson with Hugo at High Tide - so good I booked 2 more sessions! I am a beginner (but not brand new to surfing), but the waves at Los Cabos looked daunting and I was afraid to brave them on my own. Hugo made the experience so enjoyable and I caught so many rides!! I got the confidence I needed and definitely improved my surfing skills immensely!

Pick-up service was very handy. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience overall.

Carlos and Nico are THE best guides we’ve ever experienced. We’re first timers visiting Cabo and beginners with snorkeling and kayaking - both Carlos and Nico made us feel safe and we had an amazing time. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about the area - we loved learning about the different Cabos (we were in San Jose) and seeing how much the landscape has changed throughout the years is crazy! Nico was our initial guide with snorkeling and kayaking. Nico swam with us out into the ocean and gave us plenty of time to snorkel and view below - the experience was beautiful and never did I once feel like Nico abandoned us; he was with us the whole time and I felt extremely safe. Nico also guided us on our kayaking journey and I will say this was a challenge! Nico was solo on his paddle board leading us so my husband and I (testing our marriage) worked together on the kayak. We were more than a little over half way there and then it struck me - seasickness. My husband was determined to paddle us on his own but I asked Nico to help us and he was more than happy to do so. He tied a line to us and he and my husband quickly got us to the beach just in time so I could recover. Despite my seasickness, it was still the best first experience I had with kayaking; Nico also reminded me about certain safety protocols I had forgot to do (oops!) to make sure I wouldn’t hurt myself and really emphasized to please just have fun - I know I forget about the fun aspect when there’s a physical challenge involved so I’m glad I raised my flag when I felt the seasickness kick in. Overall, this kayak + snorkel adventure gave my husband and I the best kickstart to the rest of our day. The activities were enjoyable but Carlos and Nico made it memorable. They are both so warm, kind, and friendly - we really appreciate them sharing their backgrounds and a bit of their lives with us. You can see how passionate they are with what they do and how much they love to share it with people - absolutely made our Cabo trip wonderful and would come back to Cabo just to hang out with them! High Tide is the best choice for a variety of adventures. They have been consistently reliable, pleasant and accommodating in making the activities a perfect fit for my guests. The guides are pleasant and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Guest was slightly disappointed that SUP boards could not be rented morning to morning & that they were only able to be dropped off at villa the same evening they land to be used the next morning however your team explained that morning deliveries are difficult with logistics. I imagine many are teaching & drivers are busy so we understand. Thanks so much. Group is excited. Date of service is in September - clients are yet to travel. We are partners so we've rented the boards on our clients' behalf for them from you.

The guides Michael and Paco were amazing! It was a good workout but not too taxing. The snorkeling was fabulous! Would definitely recommend!

Carlos was absolutely awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really catered the day to our needs. The staff answered all of our pre-trip questions quickly and clearly, booking the trip and confirming the reservation were a breeze, and pickup and drop-off were on time and seamless.
