Very good experience, considering I was buying a fairly cheap guitar. The guitar was ready and tuned and one of the staff played it so I could hear it. We returned a week later having bought it on line, to pick it up.

Very happy with the guitar I purchased from Guitar Galleries. The instrument is used and its condition is exactly as described online. It had also clearly been thoroughly cleaned and carefully set up. Shipping was prompt and I received good responses to a couple of follow-up questions. Better experience than I've had with at least one of the 'big name' online guitar retailers - wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again if I was looking for a particular guitar and they happened to have one in stock.
