I’ve used Global Healing Center products for about 2 years now. I’ve been Healing from mold illness and various Tick Borne Diseases. I’ve gone thru Dr Group’s 9 step body cleanse which was very helpful in clearing up some concerning symptoms! The products are gentle yet effective. I’m very sensitive to many products and foods and I have had reactions to medications and supplements including health crashes. A supplement (or two or five) cannot on its own completely undo biological damage caused by poor diet and lack of exercise. The Global Healing Center's products have helped me greatly, but I did not see maximum improvement until I combined them with a special gut-healing diet (I suffered from chronic gut issues) and daily exercise.

The only reason I didn't give a one-star review is because the staff was always quick to respond via email to answer my questions. First I did the kidney cleanse, which caused me to break out in a rash so bad that I had to go to the dermatologist. ( It has to be really bad for me to go to the Dr.) It was unbearable. They told me I was experiencing a healing crisis and encouraged me to finish the Cleanse if I could. I figured, hey this is a healing crisis I must need to do some more cleansing so I also bought the whole liver cleanse kit. The only difference, that anyone would consider positive, it made was I dropped a few pounds obviously from not eating much that week. But for me, the real problem started when I completed the Clans and started to eat food again that was not on the menu for the cleanse. I have had my old intolerance reactions to certain foods for years now, but thanks to this cleanse I can hardly eat anything else without breaking out again. I literally just made another appointment for the dermatologist because I keep breaking out in rashes all over my head and neck that burn and itch so bad at the same time. I have tried to talk to someone for over a week now. I have called and called with everyone answering the phone saying the people in that department are unavailable. Someone did try to call me two different times but that's it, and they would keep leaving the same number that went to the same people that kept telling me they were unavailable

I am Alice, writing this review during the very difficult early days of the Hurricane called Harvey. I have been using OxyPowder for quite awhile, and I have been, for the most part, quite satisfied. The Customer Support staff has been very kind and effective, and my orders have arrived on time every time. However, recently I had begun to wonder 'what's next', since my condition was not clearing up, and was getting worse in some ways. A caring doctor had put me on the track of SIBO, and after watching all 9 episodes of GMOs Revealed, I thought I might be able to use one or more detox products, but I was not sure where to start. So I called the Customer Service # and found that it was not working, due to the hurricane. I then wrote an email, as detailed as I could get it in a small space, and got a rep named Daniel. I asked him to call me by phone, and he did call back twice. Both times I had stepped out, so I sent him my cell #. Instead of trying that, he wrote me an email, saying in effect, that my problem was too complicated and I should see a doctor. I was very upset by this response, since I had told him in the original email that I had seen many doctors and had many tests. In my last email I also told him that I had called Global Healing after watching GMOs Revealed and seeing Dr Group on it. I am so sorry for the people of Houston and their problems at this time, and I am willing to wait until the main phone number gets hooked up again. They offer a 180 day money back guarantee. It is difficult to get your money back. I experienced blurred vision after the first week. The company said I was experiencing a "healing crisis" I have done multiple 10 day fasts and never experienced anything like this. If I cannot see, I cannot work. I was very concerned - However, I was the only one. As soon as I stopped using the products, my vision rectified itself.

I am a fairly new user. The products seem OK so far, but have had a bad experience with their shipping. I was leaving the country and needed them by a certain date, so I chose 3 day shipping. As I learned, they don't count the 1st day, so in reality it is 4 day shipping. Totally misleading and shady! There is no excuse. Changed my rating to 5 stars. If you read the company's reply to my original post, they said to contact them. While I already had contacted them, I went ahead and followed through on what they asked me to do and they came through. They re-routed my package with Fedex and got it to me overnight and in time. First company I have ever had do something like that. I tip my hat to them for going the extra mile. That is rare for companies in today's world.
