Ordered by mistake as I thought could use in Scotland however found out I couldn’t as it is registered in England. I contacted for refund and they refunded me immediately however I paid £46 and only got refunded £15 I think £30 administration fee is not a reasonable amount due to a mistake considering there was little /no work for them to do as I didn’t even use there service

1 small letter costs about £9 they will charge you twice the price of a 100g large letter first class (around £5), which is absurd because it is for 1 letter, they will charge a handling fee of £2.5 (or you can pay more for the high volume mail), they will open your mail and then claim that they need to use another packaging to enclose your mail (£0.29), and then don't forget VAT so in total it becomes £9
