Worst organisation I’ve ever had to deal with. Find an alternative where possible. This organisation is far from it. I suggest not sending me anymore reviews. I doubt this company can improve, there hasn’t been any improvements within the past year, yet the service has certainly worsened. If anyone can recommend a better service provider please add the details in the comments that would be most helpful. Irrespective of the long response no one is interested reading. It changes nothing!! GHOSTMAIL PROBABLY THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD & A TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

As I am a low user, less than 5 items a month, I got a really good deal, a fraction of the cost I would have paid anywhere else. They forward my items to me wherever I am staying, which is very convenient, with no fuss. Very happy to have found them.
No understanding of data protection they submitted a change of address to my home address with out my consent for a company I resigned as a Director 9 months ago. Avoid the firm the trainees they use clearly have no clue about GDPR take you money elsewhere save you self headaches.
Website not very clear on extra hidden charges. Staff not the nicest tbh
